I'd like to be able to add text above the search bar with the Copenhagen Theme but I'm having a hard time figuring this out. I resorted to adding the headline "Help Center" in the background image for now but I'd like to have actual text.
Any suggestions on how to do this?

You can definitely do this! There may be a more elegant way to accomplish it, but I was able to add text above the search bar by simply editing the HTML code for that page. Here's a screenshot:
Just bear in mind that the ability to edit the source code in Help Center requires that you're on the Team plan or higher. Hope that helps!
