Hello

I cannot get the JIRA app to open while I am in my Zendesk support page. 

When I try to create a new JIRA ticket, the page goes blank. I checked the source code and got this screen shot attached. 

I can open linked tickets, but  cannot open a new JIRA ticket.

I discovered that the google sign in procedure somehow became an issue. I tried numerous ways to resolve- clearing cache, signing in and out of google account. 

 

Finally resolved it by removing Chrome, my browser of choice, reinstalling and signing into Google and  again into Zendesk and the authentication for the JIRA account was then ok.

Hi There!

That is indeed a very strange issue to have. However not unheard of for authentication information to cause these kind of problems.

Just as a piece of advice I would suggest in the future if run into these issues to first try another browser or using Incognito mode to see if it works as expected.

If the experiment is positive. Just delete the saved info in the Chrome Settings for the domain xxx.zendesk.com etc where you are having issues. this will at least save you the trouble of uninstalling and reinstalling the browser as a whole.
