I currently use zendesk as a call service agent.
Our opening and closing speech are always the same.
Is there an option to automate this or have a 3rd party plugin be integrated into zendesk where we can save the throats of call center agents all around by letting agents click on a button and an automated speech will trigger?
Or if there is a way for a free programme to do something similar?
