I was still on the trial period for Zendesk to see if it would work for my business. I ended up subscribing for a plan with a number of agents that would best suit my business. Twelve hours after signing up for the plan I've realised that we only need the basic plan with five agents. I've sent numerous support tickets to change the plan. Surely there is a cooling off period and Zen Desk can adapt according to our business needs considering we were still in the trial period. I'm finding it incredibly difficult to get any support or help from Zendesk and no phone number to ring?

Thanks for taking the time to report this to us. I checked in on the existing ticket you have and it looks like our Finance team sent a reply back early this morning.
They sent you instructions for downgrading one of your agent seats so that we can make the necessary changes on our end. Can you reply back to that email once that's done so they can assist further?
