I'm happy to announce that we are rolling out some additional features of Content Blocks. Starting from today you will now have access to a new central repository for all your content blocks. From here admins can manage all content blocks in their account across all Help Centers and locales. This also includes the ability to delete blocks as well.

You can learn more about the feature here. The feature will be available to all customers in the early access program today. Please let us know about any issues and give your feedback here in the community.

I should also mention that we currently have a known issue around the number of articles that a block is used in. It will currently count archived articles as well as non-archived articles where the block is used. This can lead to a situation where the count does not match the list of articles where a block is used. We'll have a fix for this out in the next few weeks.

This is great news! It's so helpful to see all the blocks in one place and I like being able to quickly see all the guides where a block is being used. Thanks for adding this feature!

That's great to hear! Will this fix also address permanently deleted articles? We have a test block that appears to be used in one article, but there's no link to it and the article itself doesn't appear among archived or non-archived ones. I'm assuming that block wasn't removed before the article was deleted, so now it's still being counted.

Hi @Andrey Bobrovskiy, the upcoming fix should address your problem as well. We expect that you won't see that deleted article anymore afterwards.
