I have been trying for months to get my analytics back that you took away. I still pay $10k per year but you are taking features away. Also, Shopify Plus app needs better integration. Gorias has 4.7 star and looks to have better social integration as well. Time to switch if you cannot get my reporting back over the next 30 days. Ironically your support is non existent.
