Allowing More Than One Question Per Survey & Allowing Multiple Versions of the Survey Depending on Brand, Org, Ticket Type

Hi There,

We have found the CSAT tool to be somewhat limiting as far as what we are able to ask since we can only ask one question. We would prefer the opportunity to ask more specific questions so that we can use explore to view trends in specific experiences/feedback. Would it be possible to allow for more than one custom question per survey?

Also, it would be ideal to be able to brand and customize surveys for different orgs and brands so it's more personable but also ask different questions depending on the ticket type. First and foremost, it would be great to allow for multiple survey templates for each org. Some questions may not be applicable to all orgs but could be a crucial category for feedback from others.
