Struggling hard to get ZD support. I need to remove some seats from my account due to a staff downsizing. When I do, it tells me that I need to request support.
When I go to Get Help, the AI chat bot tells me that I can't get support because "you don't have permission to chat with an agent..." BUT I'm the account holder and admin!!!???

So now I'm in a place where I can't get help and am completely unable to get in touch with anyone at ZenDesk. SO FRUSTRATING!!!! My only hope is that someone is actually reading community posts and can help.
