Agent Home Beta do not support custom ticket status

It seems the "Your Work" section only filters using the Status category and not Status Name.

We use custom statuses for agents to differentiate different tickets. It would be good to have the filtering linked to the status name rather than the status category.

Thanks Kulin! How many custom statuses does your team currently use? How do you envision filters working in a context where there are a high number of custom ticket statuses?

Presently, we are just using 1 custom status.

I am not expecting many but maybe 4-5 custom status.

Hi Kulin - as a quick update for you, the team is currently working on implementing custom ticket statuses in Agent Home! Expect it to show up in the beta over the next several weeks.
