My agents doesn't see the event of "articles viewed" in the
Sunshine Guide events
As administrator, I see them properly.
Any idea ?

"Article viewed" events only appear to agents who have access to the associated article in Guide. If they don't have access to view the article, then the events won't appear in the Guide Events app.
