Address link not matching ticket number

Hi All!

For my job requirement I need to maintain links to the tickets I work on (address to ticket). However, the ticket number in the link is not matching with the current ticket open on browser. Before I realized this is a mismatch, the maintained records are already pointing to different tickets that intended.

Is this a known issue and someone working to fix this? Or something that can be fixed by some tweak?

Hi Imran! I am not seeing any issues with the ticket addresses mismatch. If you're still encountering this issue and for us to investigate, it would be best to contact us via Messaging so we can check and troubleshoot from within your account :)
