Adding Web Widget to Wordpress site

Hi,

How do I add the Web Widget to a Wordpress site?

I have been told by the Zendesk Support that I cannot use the "Zendesk Support for WordPress" plugin since I am only on the Essential plan.

Do I need to use some other plugin for adding the Widget Javascript code to every page?

Best regards

Welcome to the Community, Christian!

I'm not aware of any other options for this functionality, but perhaps someone else in our Community has some input to share with you. Best of luck!

Hi.  The other option would be to use a third party tool like Zapier.

I ended up using the following Wordpress plugin to add the widget code to every page:

Simply go to: Appearance -> Editor, you will then see theme header or something along those lines.
