Adding knowledge using the Knowledge capture app

What is the difference between creating knowledge using existing ticket or by a new ticket in knowledge capture app? 

Because when you create using existing ticket it uses the ticket id in the url

Hi Aish,
 
I have tested it directly on my end and the article ID on both scenarios will be random and will not inherit the ticket ID on the article URL.
