Adding Articles to Multiple Sections

There is not currently, though the product team is working on some functionality around reusable content. If you'd like to add your use-case and vote, here is the product feedback discussion  for this topic: 

Allow articles to be posted to multiple sections

They have been "working" on articles to Multiple Sections for years now so don't expect it to come out in your lifetime
