Adding another "Submit as" option

Hi,

How can I add another Submit as.... status to my Zendesk account?

No this is not an option, these statuses are built into the workflow of zendesk.
You can however, create a custom field to add a independent status option, but you still need to use the workflow status is of open, pending, on hold, solved or closed.

Hey Rony,

Great question! As Andrew mentioned, there's no option to customize ticket statuses currently in Support. That being said, this is is something our product managers are looking into currently. I would recommend following our Announcements page where we share product releases and updates. Once we have more information to share it will be posted there :)

Hi,

Just got into working with Zendesk and this can be a great option to have: customizing/adding statuses.
