Add Additional 'Advanced' Search capabilites within Zendesk

It would be nice if Zendesk could have additional fields within the Advanced option for the following:

1. Group

2. Requester

This would make it a lot easier to find previous tickets within zendesk.

Thanks for the feedback – in case you're not aware, you can use group and marketing (among other keywords) in the search box itself to narrow your results (e.g. requester:"dave dyson"). For more information, see Using Zendesk Support advanced search

Just to add to Dave's comment - I do recommend learning at least some of these field-specific search words. However, there's also a free add-on that gives you an interface for advanced search and export capabilities, you may want to check that out and see if that is a better fit for you.

Thanks Dave and Jacob, this is Perfect!  The app is exactly what I was looking for.  I have looked through all of the apps several times and didn't even see this one in the list.  Thanks again, I really appreciate it.
