account manager does not respond

Hi i wish to have my account switched over to self managed so i can continue to use Zendesk, i don't want to have to go through my account manager as she does not respond me to me when i require changes for now i have been forced to use another platform as i requested changes and they were not actioned so i become  worried that i not going to get support when i required it and this is now a reality 

because my account manager does not respond i have resorted to cancelling my credit card to prevent further payments coming from Zendesk and moved my business else where i am happy to use the service again once i have the ability to adjust my account independently from a account manager this Self managed feature i am referring to is the feature you have when you first start using Zendesk i have asked Zendesk support to re-enable this so i can adjust my licenses and features on the fly  however i have to go through my account manager which SHE DOESNT RESPOND! so i go around and around in circles 

these tickets are the ones going around in circles if someone at Zendesk could help me that would be great

some tickets are just closed without any solution others are just left open 

 

i find this level of service quite slack from a company that is delivering a ticketing support service and i don't receive support :/

Hi Kavin - 

Your Help Center account is linked to your support account, so we would need to completely remove you from our system in order to delete this profile. 

If that is what you would like to do, you'll need to contact Zendesk Customer Support directly and have an agent delete your account.
