Access some libraries in Zendesk Guide that allow us to differentiate between different types of end users when they log in

I have been guided here by Arian who provided me with some feedback on my ticket (#11796905).

We would like to be able to access some libraries in Zendesk Guide that allow us to differentiate between different types of end users when they access various features on the help center. 

For example, I would like to be able to code the following scenario in our theme in the Guide Admin: if a user belongs to a certain segment, then something happens. 

Please let me know if this is possible.
