Yesterday we had a customer (original requestor) let us know that they were getting an Access Denied error after selecting the feedback link.
Even stranger, I (as the assigned agent) could open the link and rate it but them as the requestor could not.
What is going on here? Had anyone else come across this issue?
That's definitely not expected behavior so I appreciate you bringing this to our attention!
