Hello, 

Need to get access to our domain - redeemio.zendesk.com

I accidentally used my personal gmail address as log in and it denied outrightly. The same with my admin, he no longer has access.

Please help.

Hi Connie,

It's possible that you have (or created) an end-user profile using your personal gmail email address, in which case you'd get an "access denied" error if you tried to access the agent portal. If this is the case, try going to your Help Center page (yoursubdomain.zendesk.com/home). You should be logged in there as your end-user profile. Log out, and then log back in using your work email.
