Ability to define frequency of CSAT emails

Would be great if there's a way to add conditions for CSAT emails to be sent out. For example, if a user sends tickets frequently, now it's annoying for the requestor to receive multiple survey emails. A way to limit CSAT emails that go out through certain conditions would be good.

To add clarity to the above comment - for example, every 5th ticket of the requestor to get survey email, or one CSAT email per day for a user, something like this.
