Ability to Decide Which Services Show As Forms on Get Help / Audience Forms

Current Functionality

When a new service is created, it necessarily creates a corresponding Ticket Form.  

 

Problem


However, there is no way to hide/audience Forms/Services if a customer doesn't want all of the form options showing on the Get Help screen of the their Help Center.

 

Potential Solutions


It would be ideal if
a.) "show on get help screen" could be a yes/no toggle for services and/or
b.) forms could be audienced/secured to user segments or even staff vs. end users

Our is an Employee Service use case, and the ability to restrict access to Services using existing User Segments would be a requirement for us to enable this feature in production.
