I'd like to suggest a feature that would greatly improve workflow efficiency: the ability to forward side conversations. Currently, when we need to involve another team member or seek additional help within the side conversation, we have to manually copy the communication or download and upload documents to move it to another side conversation. This process can be time-consuming and potentially lead to errors or omissions.
Being able to forward side conversations directly would streamline our support process, ensuring that all relevant information is easily shared with the appropriate parties.
