Hi, I've got a feature request.

Unless I'm wrong, it seems that the Discord bot doesn't check if the end user's previous tickets are closed/deleted which makes the user have to specify which tickets they want to reply to instead of just being able to reply. This is a bit of an annoying extra step that slows down the user when replying to a follow up from us.

 

This makes sense when the user has more than one open ticket but if the previous tickets are closed/deleted then the bot should disregard those.

      I've captured this as a feature request for the new integration we're about to launch on March 22nd. Will let you know if and when we're able to develop this.
