A way to restrict access to custom statuses

Hey there, 

We love the new custom ticket statuses, but we desparately need a way to enable this for some brands/forms/groups/whatever and disable for others. For example:

 

in HR: we need a status called "Waiting on Employee Signature"

In Support: we do not want them to see this custom status option

Hi Bobby,

Thanks for your feedback. We are working on an enhancement to Custom statuses, which will allow you to set specific statuses based on your ticket workflow. Separate statuses for HR requests vs finance or legal requests. This will be available post GA.
