用户将工单提交后，我无法回复及修改工单状态

我在写完邮件后无法回复用户，右下角是灰色的，不能提交，更别说修改状态了。

请帮助我解决这个问题。我想让右下角的工单状态栏可以调整。

    Hi Ling Fan,

    That usually happens to people who have a Light Agent license rather than a full license. You might want to ask the administrator about your access.
