Zendesk Sell - Create lead with a Webbook from Zendesk support

Creating leads automatically via "Webhook" is not available natively but the nearest option you can use is the API to import them from Support or from different sources. You may check our consolidated guide here on how to bring in leads to Sell - Adding new leads automatically. Thank you!

There is an existing app already in Support where you can create leads but this is being done manually via the Sell app in Support. To answer your question, technically yes you may create customization outside the native features like an App or if you want to enhance the existing integration between Support and Sell. Thank you!

• one of the available Webhooks in the Support API – maybe one of them can serve you as a trigger: https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/event-connectors/webhooks/webhooks/ 
• use Sell's Rest API to create a lead, as an action: https://developers.getbase.com/docs/rest/reference/leads
