Currently in Zendesk sell there is one spot for Deal Value. The problem is that we have a startup fee and a monthly fee and I would like to see them separated out so I can get a good idea of the one-time revenue and MRR.
I was told by Zendesk support there was no way to do this but there has to be a way to do it. Do you create a custom field for one of them and make a custom report? What are the rest of the users doing? Thanks for any tips!
As what you have been told by our Advocacy Team, this functionality is currently not available.
You can also check the options for Subscriptions or third party integrations available in our Marketplace.
There can also be some users in this community who can share their workaround for this.
