Hi,
The Zendesk Mobile app is not syncing all of our Zendesk data. For example, a Organization on the desktop app shows 4 closed deals, yet the mobile app shows zero.
Is this by design to reduce the data load to mobile devices or a bug?

The mobile app does not sync in real-time. I've submitted multiple posts about this, the feedback I received from developers is that the mobile app only syncs with 2,500 objects (contacts, notes, etc).
