Does anyone know how to get in touch with real Zendesk staff? My Zendesk Sell instance has been down for over a day.
- No updates from Support. Ticket sitting untouched for over a day
- "Sales representatives are not available" when I call
- "Our reception team is not available" when I call
Despite really liking this CRM, it's been nothing but problems with Zendesk. Provisioning our account took 6 weeks due to technical issues, and now... my account just disappeared in the middle of a work day!
Surely there is someone at Zendesk that can help me. If anyone knows how to get that done, let me know.
