I'm trying to connect Get Response to my Sell account. I am asked, while setting up the integration, to type the host address. mycompanyname.zendesk.com doesn't work. I can't find any solution nor info about what it means. Get Response help/chat assistant has no answer to solve it. Any thoughts?

I'm not sure as we don't have insights into the GetResponse integration, but I'd guess that it might be looking for the "mycompany" part of mycompany.znedesk.com. If that doesn't work, then you'll want to use the "Get support for this integration" link on the GetResponse Zendesk integration page.
