My team has made good use of the integrated email in Zendesk Sell. Particularly the ability to filter Leads and Contacts based on Everyone's Communication (without necessarily seeing the content of the emails).
As a manager, it is difficult however for me to see which of our team members are communicating via Zendesk and which are using outside channels. I love the Activity Feed provides me an overview of general productivity and sales cycle.Is there a way to see email activity (at least a summary of outbound email) through the Activity Feed (next to My Dashboard) or by other means?
