Edit Client Status with new value & also Status of potential client

I was not able to find a way to edit & or add new value to client status and status of potential client? 

 

Would be happy about a feedback.

    Could you please confirm if you're referring to the stages in your sales pipeline in Zendesk Sell? If that's the case, you can add or edit a stage by following the instructions in this article. If you're referring to something else, could you provide more details about what you'd like to achieve?

    Thanks. I tried to have stages/phases on contacts but I should stick to the out of the box solution on deals. thanks
