Hi, we are looking at getting ZenDesk sell to compliment the other ZenDesk features we use and love. The main purpose is to do e-mail campaigns to potential customers and track the outcome.
From initial investigation, it does not look like it's going to be the right tool for what we want, does anyone use it with add on app's to do this kind of thing?
- Keep a database of emails we want to send marketing emails to
- Create emails, or upload an email template, that has an unsubscribe button
- When a customer clicks unsubscribe, we can remove them from the mailing list
