Api to get deleted records

All deletions are permanent in Zendesk Sell and cannot be reverted by users. See: Can I recover leads, contacts, or deals that I deleted?

Yeah, But i need to get those deleted records in any api or webhook.

Once data is deleted in Sell, there is no way to recover it anymore even by using API or webhook. 

I am not asking the api to recover the deleted data,
Is there any api to get deleted data(to know which data has been deleted)?
or is there webhook to notify the data which has been deleted?

There are no endpoints that we can use to show a list of deleted data.
