How do I sign up for the Modern Ticket Reassignment for Solved Tickets EAP?

There are a few requirements to be part of this EAP program:

  • You need an account that has the Zendesk Support Product activated. 
  • You are a Zendesk admin

If your account meets these prerequisites, fill out this form to sign up for the EAP program. After you sign up and we confirm you are eligible for the EAP, we'll notify you via email when Modern Ticket Reassignment for Solved Tickets is activated in your account!

 You need permission

This form can only be viewed by users in the owner's organization.

After some feedback from the community, we have decided to make some incremental improvements to the Modern Ticket Reassignment for Solved Tickets feature. In short, we want to give our customers additional control on the management of this feature, and as such, we'll be pausing the EAP until further notice. For customers already in the program we'd like to thank you for your engagement and participation, and we'd like to let you know we're pausing the EAP enrollment, and we will re-engage as we make some of the planned incremental improvements.
