Hi, I have created a trial account and I'm trying to test the bot feature, but when I click on Channels left menu I cannot see the Bot section. Do I have to activate something?

I cannot find the bot section
Sometimes the Bot option is hidden for trial accounts depending on the platform's tiered access. It helps to review the account limitations under the billing or plan details.

Do you see a "AI" dropdown on the left menu? This should be a couple options down from channels. It will contain a "AI Agents" field, which will point you in the right direction depending on what workflow you're looking to implement.
