Hello, Guys!

I have a question about Zendesk Contextual Workspaces. 

Will available apps and macros change in the agent interface once we set up a new Contextual Workspace for the specific scenario?

For example, I have Contextual Workspace for damaged item refund. Once agent opened ticket with this Workspace, agent will be able to choose between damage-related macros and categories.

Please, correct me, if I understand it wrong. I read available Zendesk articles about workspaces but still need some clarifications.

Yes that is correct, you can restrict the displayed macros and forms based on conditions. Sounds like what you are after.
