I'd like to execute a macro to update fields and to send a canned reply to the end user. In general, it would be something like [X/Y][Z]. My agent is always going to send Z, but would need to specify the X or Y. Using a macro, is there a way to populate the comment field with the text but not send the actual comment?
I am looking to solve this without writing two macros (one for X and one for Y) or using a shortcut text and a macro.
