Why can't I create a trigger based on subject text?

Hi,

I'm trying to create a trigger based on the subject text. However, when I try to do so the option to select 'subject text' isn't available for me. How do I fix this, or is there a workaround?

    Hey Amrish,

    Can you confirm what Support plan you're on? If you're on Essential, you won't have all the custom trigger options available which may be why you're not seeing this available. You'd need to at least be on Support Team to be able to create custom Triggers.

    @Brett Bowser Yeah correct, I'm on the Essential plan. That would make sense then. Thanks for the answer!
