I would like to update the formatting of text in a View. Specifically, I want to change the size of the text used in the Group By headings. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, there isn’t a built-in setting at the moment to change the font style or adjust the font size of the group-by headings.
As a possible workaround, you might consider using a third-party browser extension that allows you to modify the appearance of a webpage by overriding its CSS. While I haven’t personally tested any specific tools, there are several extensions out there that could help with this. Hopefully, you’ll find one that works well for your needs.
I also think your suggestion makes a lot of sense—it would be a valuable feature to let users customize the ticket view based on their preferences.
