Hi All,

we would like to create a trigger that if there's a ticket created on that group it will notify all of the agents on that group through their email address... can you help me about this one?..

Hi Ravi!

This is definitely possible! I've gone ahead and done a screencap of what your trigger should like in order to do this:

This will make it so that an email notification is set to each member of the group you specify!
