Ticket sidebar

Good Day!.
Our application is developed on zendesk and we have implemented various components like nav_bar, ticket_editor and ticket_sidebar.
Currently we have a new requirement which has to be under ticket_sidebar section.
Could you please provide a clarification on, if could we create another ticket_sidebar or should the changes be done in the existing ticket_sidebar.
