Spam Filter by specific URL in the comment

Currently I'm facing a spam support requests from the ticket form everyday.  They use different e-mail/domain every time (most of the times gmail or other free e-mail address so I cannot set a domain filter) but trying to lead to the specific URL.

Is there any way to filter them out?

Hi Kaori,

The best way I can think of to prevent this would be to set up a trigger. You could set a Condition for Comment Text > contains the following string > [the specific URL], then have the action either set it as Solved, or assign those tickets to a specific user and not show them to the rest of your team. There are a lot of variables that could be in place here so if you want to set up a trigger but are having issues with it only catching what you would like, let me know and we can make changes as needed.
