Removal of automated mailers re automations/ triggers

It sounds like you are trying to exclude a specific requester’s email address from triggers and automations.  
On the requester account, add a tag such as do_not_send

Then use this tag as a condition in your triggers and automations so that they will not fire if the tag is present.
