Is it possible to make views responsive to the viewer's role, in addition to the group? I would love to restrict certain views to (for instance) just managers. Especially when using guided mode for some agents (but not all) it would be nice to have some views that are visible to agents in a non-guided role, but not visible to agents that are locked into guided mode.

Hi, I managed this by creating an expert group limiting access to the admins or even (in case of a short number) you can grant access to an employee by selecting him personally in the view. You can also set up a private group. Nevertheless you have to keep them updated, so you have to figure out what kind of procedure is more convenient and transparent.

Hi Anselm,

Another way is add a tag to each manager's user and then filter the new view only be visible to those with the tag.
