Macros with public replies aren't working

If we create a ticket to reach out to a user and use a macro with "comment mode public" on it, the left side will fill out, the subject will change, etc, but the Comment/Description isn't added to the ticket. If the macro has "comment mode private" it works correctly.

Anyone else seeing this?

I applied this Macro, and it added the comment correctly:

If you're still having issues with yours, can you please either take a screenshot (blocking all private information) or write out exactly how yours is built?
