Is there is a way to expand filtering capabilities in view such as we can filter tickets not only in past 24 hours or 7 days but also to be able to filter tickets in smaller time range such as 1 hour - 4 hours etc ..

Zendesk's native view filtering capabilities primarily support filtering tickets within broader time ranges such as past 24 hours or 7 days. However, for more granular time ranges like 1 hour or 4 hours, our system may not provide built-in options.
 
While our current features may not include filtering within smaller time ranges, I recommend exploring Zendesk's API documentation or consulting with our developer resources. It's possible that custom solutions or integrations could be developed to achieve the specific time range filtering you're looking for.
