When setting up a trigger with key words, sometimes, triggers can start overtriggering based on a smaller part of a certain key word. It would be handy if the ‘events’ in the tickets, which allow you to check what trigger was used, would identify the word or string of words that caused the trigger.
This way, you can adjust the key words in the trigger settings accordingly. Otherwise, it's pretty much guesswork if you upload a whole new list of key words.
