Editing / Saving Views does not work

Hello,
i can't edit the Views. Every time when I want to save the changes,I get an Error Message. What can I do?

Error Message in red: View "Not assigned ticket couldn´t be saved"

Are you on Zendesk's legacy Essential plan by chance? If so, this could explain the error since custom views aren't available on this plan.

If you're not on the Essential plan, you'll want to ensure that at least one of the following attributes is listed in the 'All'- conditions section:

  • Assignee
  • Group
  • Requester
  • Status
  • Type

It looks like all of Zendesk's current plans include the ability to create custom views; just not the legacy Essential plan.
